Fall in love with these books...

...Actually, don’t. That is a disorder called objectophilia, and nobody needs all those years of therapy. But I do hope you’ll love these books — this is my first book series, Immortal Confessions. These music-themed paranormal mysteries follow sexy vampires Ashara and Liam throughout history, deep-diving into their adventures with ghosts, voodoo queens, and other magical beings.
Books 1 and 2 are out now in paperback and via Kindle. Book 3 will be published soon, and I just finished writing Book 4 and sent the manuscript to the editor.
I said ‘first book series’ above, because I’ll soon start writing a new series of books – Rock & Roll Nightmares. More info to come!

The Most Haunted Hospital on Earth?
Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, KY., makes an appearance in the upcoming Book 4 of my Immortal Confessions book series. This gothic revival fortress has been a TB hospital, a nursing home, a failed religious monument, and now it is a paranormal investigation site and tourist destination. I love the architecture. And especially this gargoyle, who looks like he’s preemptively warding off a kick to his ‘stones’!

Fun Fact About Me: I am an ordained Dudeist Priest. This means that I can marry couples while wearing a bathrobe, enjoy no-ticket clergy parking, and sample an unlimited cornucopia of Dude-inspired kalua drink recipes.

How to Help Indie Authors
Getting people to review books is like pulling teeth (unless, of course, they hate it: then they rent billboards, hire skywriters, and buy commercial airtime during the Superbowl). But when you post a review - even a not-so-great one - it does help indie authors (and filmmakers). Even something very short, such as, “This was fun,” or “I liked this,” will help our stuff turn up in searches. For instance, according to Amazon’s logarithm stats, 50 is the magic number of reviews that triggers Amazon to start paying more attention to a book and placing it in the ‘you may also like…’ display areas.

And this month's winner is... Holly Tucker!
You get: My super-spooky high-fidelity short story collection, ‘Sex Death Rock N Roll’ (co-authored with Darren Gordon Smith), and a copy of ‘Shevenge,’ an all-female horror film anthology that I produced. I’m also sending a rare No Shame released DVD of an oldie but goody, ‘A Whisper in the Dark.’ I hope you’ll enjoy these, Holly! I do a random drawing for prizes to go to one lucky subscriber with every newsletter I send out. Subscribe here.
